| Dateline 2001: By November of the year 2000, ET2BRUTE thought that he had completed his musical mission in life and his contribution to history by helping to expose the truth about the JFK Assassination to a new generation of Americans. His idea of revealing the truth to the youth of America and the world through the power of music and video had been successful and continued to succeed each time his CD was passed from brother-to-sister and friend-to-neighbor.
But as he continued to read and re-read the history books, the articles and the biographies about the people, the leaders, and the events of the past and relate them to those of the present, he realized that his mission did not end with “The Truth Becomes Folklore”.
He realized that the struggle for the truth does not end with the publication of a book or the release date of a CD. Unfortunately, for every Mark Lane and David S. Lifton, who are trying to expose the truth, there is a Dan Rather and Gerald Posner, who are trying to suppress or distort it. “Today’s history is yesterday’s news/Funneled through the tunnel of the government’s views” is the way ET2BRUTE expresses the thought in the title song of the new ET2BRUTE AND THE CONSPIRACY CD, "Today's History is Yesterday's News", released on 11/22/2001.
And, as ET2BRUTE sings in the song dedicated to the memory of the tragic events of 9/11/2001, Memory Stains, also from the new CD: “We live in the greatest country in the history of the world”.
The United States Federal Government, the FBI, the CIA and all the branches of the U.S. Military were established by the people and for the people of the United States of America. We expect and appreciate the protection from outside invaders, as well as from the criminals within our borders, that they provide. BUT WE DO NOT WANT PROTECTION FROM THE TRUTH! We refuse to revert back to the pre-JFK Assassination days of blindly trusting the lies that our government decides are best for us! We are not children. But we live with our children always foremost in our minds.
